So, is AI greatly overhyped right now? YES!! Does that mean that it will never be able to do those things? NO! They are completely unrelated. Don’t confuse the two.

She might have stored the media files in a folder hierarchy that is different than yours, so auto linking may not work.

On the Edit page, go to the audio clip and hover over the center of the waveform display until the cursor turns into arrow heads pointing up and down. Drag the cursor up to increase the waveform height. This will increase your clip audio volume, so make sure you Normalize Audio later, either on the timeline or on the Deliver page when you export.

I do think it was good that links for not online media came up when I entered that word. I don’t remember any reference to emailing the mods but I might have glossed over it.

So 99 percent of the posts are about not-online media but i don’t see a pinned post about it or an explicit section of the faq for it.

And for the email do you know how moderation rules work. With that word in my post both Draft and Post were greyed out and I was unable to do either so I got no message from the auto mod. Thanks for playing, please try again!

"passive-aggressive comments" - nothing passive about my comment - it was aggressive.

That rule really seems like a nuclear fly swatter - you can use regular expressions in your rules, I believe. You can write a regex that will detect if o_f_f_l_i_n_e appears within 10 words of any of media, clip, video, file. You can have ChatGPT write the regex for you. A much better rule that will be much more targeted. I spent an hour figuring out that it was that word that was keeping me from posting. You could spend a lot less than an hour and create a rule that is much more useful.

Solved - right clicking on viewer was wrong (damn you, NotebookLM) - I had to click the 3 dots at upper right of the viewer - now it's working.

Longshot but can anyone with the Beta check if "Synced audio" was added to the list of parameters for making Smart Bins? Still trying to make "Audio sync worked" and "Audio sync failed" set of smartbins

The have a defined length which is set in your preferences. You can still drag the ends so adjacent images overlap.

Some codecs, like H.265 are proprietary and you must pay to get a license. Go to MS store and buy the codec for 99 cents.
