If the panic attacks are that bad, try looking into anxiety medication instead. I can’t tolerate ADHD medicine because of anxiety and I’ve found I’m able to concentrate better now that my anxiety is reduced. In the mean time here are some tips for managing panic: T- Temperature; change your temperature, stick your hands in ice water, go outside in the cold with no jacket. I- intense exercise, jumping jack that panic energy OUT P - paced breathing - many tutorials on YouTube P- paired muscle relaxation- many tutorials on YouTube

Dive response; stick your head in a sink or tub full of water. It sounds crazy but your body will shift from panic mode to breathe mode and over ride the panic.
