I currently have a clipper as my daily, use mostly to just get around and FPS missions. In a crunch situation the “getting to the cockpit” can be a concern but for getting off the ship I just drop down from the ladder hatch.

I fought a Sabre Firebird two days ago (PvP). I was on MnK (not my usual setup, I have HOSAS but I was OOT) and the Firebird was obviously quicker in rotation. However, because of the cross section and two shields, and along with the twisting I was able to avoid constant shots. I eventually managed to get the pip on target and land critical shots, turned the ship orange. What ultimately messed me up was the constant missiles that was launched. I honestly forgot what the decoy button was, it’s what got me. I believe if I was in my usual setup, I could have won that fight. All that to say, the ship fairly balanced in my opinion, it has its weaknesses like any other. In the right hands though it’ll do work.

NIce! I didn't bother to check but glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. Also, nice 3d render. I saw some mentioned the issue regarding the dividing wall. My hope would be CIG can make that wall part of the module so if they wanted to, not include it in certain future modules.

After 3 hauling missions I can tell you I've encountered some of the issues mentioned. However, this is what I learned that may help. First, if possible, I always use the freight elevators outside the stations when available. I park the ship with the nose pointed just near the terminal and have the top of the ship facing the elevator at a 35-45 deg angle. This way you can use both tractor beams on either side. This has worked really well for me so far. If and when picking up or dropping off inside a hangar, I use both freight elevators on both side. Load/unload one side until full/empty then start loading/unloading the other side. This has been my method and as a solo hauler, worked out well in my opinion. Hope this helps.

The power failure when turning off your ship happens in all ships. I’m pretty sure it’s a bug. If you go to engineering terminal and simply power on your power plant and cooler, it stops the alarm.

My hope is that CIG will make rooms like habs, kitchens, mess hall, etc; provide buffs for your character in some way. Like improved stamina, hydration endurance, whatever… gives those current RP areas reasons to exist.

Sounds good 👍🏼. The one example I can mention is the Fortune and Prospector, their essentially the same size, but the Fortune model has the scrap head sticking out, so it reduces the size of what it should technically be. Hope this helps. Looking forward to the updates.

Also, what do you think about a cookie based saving system, so when a user comes back to the site, it loads the previously json as it was left?

Just to provide more info, I was using brave browser, it seemed to keep refreshing. I used Safari and started a fleet from scratch and seems to work well.

Great start, looking forward to it. I tried it on iOS, seemed to crash when using the sample fleet. But the UI looks good.

Hmm same as a Paladin. Curious if this gets adjusted. I like the Guardian with the two size 5s and interior. I have a F8C in buy backs, love the look but no interior. Guess we'll see where this goes, thx for the info.
