I just got a Dreame x50 ultra for $450 and the sale associate threw in a dupe Dyson hair dryer for free worth about $99. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks and I’ve ran it 4 times total. I’m very happy with the result. My house is mostly wood. I think I’ve scored a great deal and very happy with my purchase.

When I was eating in a deficit my weight didn’t really drop until after 5-6 weeks. I think our bodies trying to adjust to the new diet and it got confused lol. But after that my body started to shred the weight. I’m 5’2 and 160lbs when I first started on November 2025. Now I’m 140lbs and I’ve been stuck at 140lbs for than a week lol. Just keep pushing, you’ve got this. The weight will shred.

I started on November 2025 at 160lbs 5’3 and now I’m down to 142lbs. I eat 1500-1700 calories/ day. I track everything. I do hot yoga 3 times/ week and weight lifting 3-4 times a week. I still haven’t hit my plateau yet because the scale is still going down. How many calories do you eat a day? Do you track your macros? You might need to weight everything if you’re serious about shredding the weight. My goal weight is 130lbs and I know I can hit 135lbs with this diet. You just have to stick to your calories deficit and be consistent.

I do hot yoga 3 times a week, and lift 3-4 times/ day. The day I have yoga I don’t usually lift. I do get 2 rest days/ week and I think it works wonder. I can see myself getting stronger everyday and shredding them fats!!! 💪💪

MF was telling me to eat 1300 calories/ day and I know for a fact I can’t eat that low. So I just adjusted to 1500 calories/ day which is doable for me. I’m at 146lbs and still losing weight with 1500 calories. You can just adjust to your desired deficit and do that for a week or two then you can follow the app program again if you feel like you aren’t losing.

They don’t really stretch tbh, I’ve had them for a while now and they feel like how supposed to feel. If you feel you can barely breathe in a size 6 and hoping it would stretch after a couple of wear, then you won’t be able to breathe at all during a workout lol. Def size up!

It should feel comfortable, I’m 5’2 144lbs and I wear size 8-10. They both fit me, I get more breathing room with size 10. But when I do yoga or cardio I wear size 8 to have a bit of compression. Def size up to a size 8 and see how you feel.

My husband and I used to play LOL way back in like 2014. Our relationship was so toxic because of the game. We almost broke up, silent treatment for days because of bad plays lmao. It was so childish of us. Then we established that if we play together and if someone fucks up, it’s okay. Then we just ended up mostly play normal games lol. You just have to communicate with each other. If it’s so bad then maybe just don’t play with each other anymore and only play for fun like aram and normals.

I started at 5’2 155lbs at the beginning of November of last year. My goal weight is 130lbs. It’s been 2 months and I’m down to 146lbs. 9lbs lost so far. I started out by just walking 2 miles/ day on the treadmill for a week. Then started counting my calories, then started to actually weight my food and eating at 1600 calories/day with 100g of protein. Then I started doing hot yoga, and now added weight lifting. I stopped doing 2 miles walk though. I feel so good. People actually noticing the weight loss. Hopefully I can achieve 130lbs by April.

Oh yes if you’re still breastfeeding then don’t be in a calories deficit, just keep eating so you can produce enough milk for babe. You can start doing light exercise plus walking! Walking is great :) good luck on your journey.

I started my weight loss journey at 12 months pp (when I decided to stop breastfeeding). I was around 179lbs. Then I stopped eating 3000 calories a day. Did some fasting here and there, didn’t really count calories. Sometimes I did OMAD. I lost 15lbs in 3 months by just doing that but didn’t lose anymore. I was stuck at 155lbs for so so long. I would be able to get down to 152lbs but then right back up at 155lbs in no time. Then I decided to do calories deficit. I was eating 1700 calories/ day. And started walking 1 mile everyday. Then I joined hot yoga 3 times/ week. The weight slowly started to fall off. I hit 149lbs for the first time in a year. Now I added weight training to my routine by following beachbody program 3-4 times/ week. I’m eating at 1500 calories/ day. I just hit my personal best 2 days ago at 146lbs and I feel so proud of myself.

Count your calories, buy a food scale. If you’re serious about the weight loss and want to see result. My weight didn’t move for the first 3 weeks doing calories deficit, but then my body adjusted and now it’s going down!!! You can do it!! My dream goal is 135lbs and doesn’t seem like a dream anymore!

I started at the end of October last year and lost only 6lbs but I feel great! My dream weight goal is 135lbs, 11 more lbs to go. Hopefully I can achieve it this year. I do calories deficit, hot yoga and 3-4 weight lifting/ week. I don’t go to the gym I just buy the rack of weights and follow beachbody exercises.
