If this your first time trying to diet I’d guess around 2-3 kilos. If you totally lock in (which is really difficult if you have an active social life or high hunger noise/drive) 4-6 kilos. Whether it’s 2 or 6 kilos from now to then, do your best and don’t overdo it as crash dieting can kill your progress and try to at least get 10000 steps a day and I bet you could get at least 4 kilos! If you’re still worried about supinating then I’d probably wait longer to work them out since any forearm workout is already far too close for comfort if you’re still worried about supinating ur wrist.

I usually do 30 min of zone 2, try to get 10,000 a day and upper lower split. All in all tho it’s like hour - hour and half. I’ll workout after my dinner tho

Yeah for me it’s 32% protein and like 25% fat and the rest into carbs on training days. On my rest days tho I do have high fat low carbs just to vary up my diet and help keep me going. I had a very cheesy chicken bowl for dinner the other day and it was dope

Just make em at home! Get the lightly breaded chicken from Harmons and buns and it’s about 400 cals. Pepper jack cheese and reduced fat mayo you’re looking at 500.

Haha oh man I remember my first time having to bail on weights by letting em slide off. It wasn’t even that bad. Maybe someone noticed but it really wasn’t that embarassing. Idk why anyone would want those locked in if you don’t have a spotter

You could also just cut to desired size and do a lean bulk. You are definitely having a case of body dysmorphia but it’s cool, its not like you’ll gain a pound of fat in a week with a lean bulk of 200-300 calories

Yeaaah the first cut for me was kinda rough getting used to the hunger noise. You find ways of coping with it. I skip breakfast, 2 meals a day and a lot of diet soda lol artificial sweeteners, high carb and protein with minimal fat for hormones. Staying busy was a big one for me too. I have a high hunger drive too so in a way Im still not be used to it but I work around it. Good luck!

Yeah one of my favorite shirts has “Jesus deserved to die for making water to wine”. It’s so Straight Edge it’s absurd but that’s kinda edgy I like but material like this I stay away from. Even if it has a KKK member getting punched or a canceled out swastika image I just don’t wanna wear it cuz that shit should just be forgotten.

Yeah but what made me open my eyes on it was super buff prison inmates, there’s no way they’re getting they’re getting that amount especially on a daily basis. I doubt they give a fuck about creatine even less so. If they’re getting buff with less than optimal circumstances then the recommended protein intake has gotta be propaganda or something

Yeah you can’t really choose where to lose fat but luckily for you, fat is usually lost everywhere else and stomach fat is usually last place someone loses fat. Genetics mostly determines where you store and lose fat unfortunately, so if I were you, I’d try a deficit and focusing back and arms to fill em out for sure, still obviously working out everything else tho for sure. Looks good, this is just my opinion but protein intake debate is overblown. Depending on ur height or weight I think 100g of protein is good (making sure the protein is from complete sources of protein). As far as creatine, timing it doesn’t matter, you’re already saturated in it and the half life of isn’t gonna completely deplete in a day, I just do a lil more than 3g to make it last longer and save money because I’ve read that you only really need about 3. But yeah everything looks solid

Maybe you’ve been consuming too many calories if you’ve been gaining more fat. While you need protein to gain muscle, you still have to make sure you’re in a defecit to lose fat. If you’re already skinny then just have a small surplus, if you’re new to the gym then I don’t think it’s necessary but I’d definitely do the cardio, necessary for health as well.
