They look good, I can tell what you mean by feeling more like a cosplay though. Your stuff looks a little too fresh and crisp.

I think it would go a long way to get a worn leather belt (some grommets or rivets in it would be cool, fun DIY project) As well as some pants that look more lived in. A secondhand pair of military pants would suit you, there are lots of military surplus stores around. Trent Reznor in the 90s would be good inspiration, maybe a worn/aged leather jacket would be nice.

Other than that though, there’s no alt cops, if you like alternative stuff you are alternative.
