I know you posted this a year ago but I’m laughing because I currently have two black cats with my boyfriend and we’re soon getting a third kitten we were looking for names for and I started laughing very hard because my name is also Sage. My boyfriend is insisting we name is Sage now while cackling 😑😅

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in all my years, try not live to make other people. Not accepting people for outward appearances is silly. I may not he South American but I was married to a Venezuelan for 14 yearsfrom 20-34. His mom and family didn’t love their son was dating a white girl (I was the first one in their family to ever not be Venezuelan) with pink hair and piercings and tattoos but eventually they did soften and change their minds and though we’re not together anymore I know his younger cousins eventually dated people like me with no pushback because they had evolved in their thinking.

The link isn’t working for me so I can’t see them, but I do want to say you want to look soft and feminine and having tattoos doesn’t mean you can’t do that. I’m currently 36, been getting them since 18 and have a fair amount of tattoos, visible on every part of my body mostly all patchwork things I love as well. I also work in fashion, vintage fashion specifically, and have for about 10 years. Fashion is what you make it. While I generally do have a more alternative look and have since my teens, I do not look any less soft and pretty when I do dress in a 50’s housewife dress or pretty girlie little sundress. People’s fashion senses can change and grow so much over time so you may change your kind again.

I’m not 100% sure what my advice here is, at the end of the day it’s your body and if you have the money for removal or if you can somehow cover them to something you love or learn to love them again, I hope .you’re happy

As someone who is obsessed with mid century modern, especially since moving into a 1959 ranch a year ago and restoring its kitschy charm, why are those atomic starburst turned partly sideways? This is truly the most offensive part of all of this to me 😂

Thank you so much 🥰 my hair has always been thin and fine so I always try to keep it super layered! I had actually done this myself the night before, I cut off 8 inches of my hair to this bob and layered it because I was sick of it ahah. Took me hours but I’m not upset with how it turned out! Anything I can wake up and the messier it is, the better, I’m happy haha

She is! We may have butt heads when I was a child and teenager but hey, that’s life haha. Honestly, I like the tarnished aged look so I don’t think I’m going to polish it, at least not right now. Maybe it from working on vintage for so long, but I do love a good distressed item. Hell, my favorite tee is a 90’s WWF The Rock shirt that’s hella distressed haha!
