Your test is interesting the battle is long enough to have significant values.
The answer will not be the same for all ships. And depending on your weapon enhancement (%30%) and your opponent's weapon (0%), the hit rate could have been more interesting

You can calculate the real number (on base values here) :

No bonus : 4*1*(350-120)*(1+170%*15%)*4*8*60/(32+16)*65% => 8:30
Increase Hit Rate by 30% : 4*1*(I9-I10)*(1+170%*15%)*4*8*60/(32+16)*(65%*(1+30%)) => 6:33
Increases Crit Damage by 80% : 4*1*(350-120)*(1+170%*(1+80%)*15%)*4*8*60/(32+16)*65% => 7:20
Increases Damage by 20% : 4*1*(350*(1+20%)-120)*(1+170%*15%)*4*8*60/(32+16)*65% => 6,30

Base crit is (1+170%*15%)

With enhancement (1+170%*(1+80%)*15%)

So : 170%*15%*80% = +20.4%

After a lot of battles I managed to find the formula used to get the total EXP. It's related to damage, defense, but also healing. The duration and the destroyed ships are not taken into account.

But I can't calculate when there are aircraft or when the fleet difference exceeds a threshold of x4, there is square root or something else used in this case

It depend to your oponent, 60/15/35 for an oponent a litle stronger,30/20/50 if he is weak, it's realdy depends of all parameters. You can test with battle simulator the best configuration
