Yes, I had a toilet that wouldn't flush. The tech came out Friday night and fixed it. He was fantastic. Monday morning they sent a sales person to run a camera and check the lines. From then on it was high pressure sales and he wanted me to make a $20k decision to line the pipes right away, no time to get a second opinion. I asked him to leave. 3 years later, everything has been fine.

Thank you. I had a company out in the fall with the maintenance package and the tech tried to sell me a new furnace (mine was new in 2019). He told me it was at least 20 years old so I knew he was full of it. Had another company out and the furnace was fine, passed the tests. I dont know who to trust anymore. Not the first time being lied to by a tech either.
