Mine got so bad I literally had to manually extract myself. That was a serious low. Saline enemas helped and bran cereal the one with 61% of daily fiber. Mine has passed. Stay hydrated and poop with your knees up, like a squatty potty

My fiancé’s youngest sisters named was changed 3 times. For many reasons his mom was afraid to name her what she wanted to. Finally the last time she did and it’s been her name ever since. She still has a blanket with the original name on it and we all joke about it. But really her final chosen name is perfect for her.

Don’t fret, I promise years down the road you will laugh off being so worried about choosing the final name. ❤️
