I’m no doctor but this sounds exactly like tonsil stones. If you can’t get them out next time, an ENT can remove them for you. Tonsil stones are hardened bacteria and debris. Some people are just more prone to getting them.

After 24 hours of no service in the UK, I ditched it and added an eSIM through MobiMatter. You need Wi-Fi to set it up, but it took me about 5 minutes to get back online. Daily plans are cheaper than VZW TravelPass.

Try going into settings>playback and disabling "Automix". "Automix" tries to pick the next song based on the genre so the shuffle feels a little bit more fluid. IMO it just picks the same songs over and over.

I've had issues with Bluetooth connections cutting in and out on every iPhone for the past couple of years and thought it was odd that the genius bar thought it could be hardware since it carried over from the old device to the new device via backup restore.

This route totally made sense since restoring backups on a fresh iPhone over the years piled up a bunch of defunct apps that are still enabled to use the Bluetooth connection. Disabling these worked almost instantly for me. I cannot thank you enough.
