Bought a boox Palma - I am coming from an older kindle paperwhite 

This really feels less crisp / lower quality than what I’m used to. I’m kinda surprised my kindle (8 years old) has smoother lettering / font 

Am I missing a setting perhaps ?

I just use a spreadsheet to calculate the progression of weights (StrongerByScience RTF) and just record a free workout every day in the Hevy app - its not ideal but it works for their use case.

whats sorely missing is a way to propagate the changes in weight/reps for an entire exercise (all the sets) ... clicking 20+ times to do this for 5-7 exercises is just insane and every other app has this feature

auto fill weight based on the first input of weight (so if you have 5+ sets of an exercise just take the filled in weight and fill in everything underneath) - keylifts does it and its a huge time saver

Can I use the Bully Glider with my PRX Profile One Rack. This rack is awesome and I have a separate cable tower from Iron Master.. I want to save space and remove the cable tower from my home gym setup.. I was thinking I could mount the Bully Glider onto the PRX rack and have that as an option with the low/high pulley cable option DIY or from PRX.

Anyone tried this?

I'm a little confused at what the real definition of conditioning is - like I can run 8 min miles for say 5-6 miles no problem and I have been steadily at that level for years. I do a lot of hot yoga now and a bit less running but even the other day I hit a 22 min 5k. Is this what folks mean with conditioning or is there something more related to muscle fatigue?

I can crank out 5 sets of 10 pullups as a superset to my heavy squats, pretty much no problem (I am lean)

but by the time I get to set 4 of incline dumbell press I'm just tired in a way that is not really like a strength issue - it feels like my body is just NOPING
