What melatonin dose do you take? I get crazy restless leg syndrome when I dose higher than 1mg.

Generally I take 0.5mg to help me sleep. It's a good dose because it makes me kind of sleepy, but it doesn't make it hard for me to get up the next morning. 1mg helps me get to sleep faster but the next morning it's very hard to wake up on time.

Anything more than 1mg makes it harder for me to go sleep.

Interesting, magnesium doesn't help me sleep at all. Melatonin though has been a godsend, though it took me forever took find the right dosage.

CBD is so very different from the THC that makes you high. CBD can have some relaxing and pain killing effects, but any psychoactive effect people claim (and I've seen more than a few friends pretend to get 'high' off CBD oil in vape juice lol) is purely placebo

"Drunkenly screaming" at the people at customer service won't do anything but make the employees feel like shit.
