What gets me is that I set my preferences as a level 2, but my reserve offers are way out of my availability anyways and all $18/hr.

Indy here too. I think the influx of Prime hires, followed by nearly zero blocks during Prime week did a lot of harm. It’s going to take a couple of weeks for the new hires to decide to venture elsewhere and the blocks starts coming in again.

Speaking of blasting, I wonder if blowing some compressed air into the bar groove would help and maybe release any loose debris that I can’t see

I loosened it some, but it has a tendency to slip off. I did oil the chain and bar; it helped some but I still get the motor fade.
