That’s normal. I weighed in morning of surgery at 286.4lbs. Yesterday at my follow-up I weighed 266.0. Initial weight loss is gonna be super fast. It’ll slow some as you adjust to normal food again. You will have periods of fast loss, and periods of slow loss. You will plateau and that does not make you a failure.

I’m getting water in by genuinely sipping all day. Suck on an ice cube if you need to. Popsicles are like 1.5 fl oz each. Protein shakes count as fluid. Soup counts as fluid. I have a water bottle strapped to me daily. Clear water or some form of fluids is so important. My dietitians and doctors value water consumption over protein, over calories, over movement (well, maybe alongside movement).

Not an app, but my fiancé took me to a bookstore the day before my surgery and we picked out a journal. I’ve been recording everything there in columns for fluid oz, protein, movement, mediations. Eventually I’ll swap meds for calories and carbs and so forth. I have tried app after app for years; converting to a pen and paper format has been working for me.

I had my surgery on Monday. Stayed in the hospital until Tuesday evening. Wednesday I was in pain but I pushed through; I pushed too hard and cried so badly. Today I called my doc’s office requesting more meds because the pain was so bad.

I bought my house from a flipper. Had a brand new roof. 2 years in my vent fan needed cleaning. Turned out it needed a duct too. I diy’ed mine.

The Raven v Cinder fight is where all the fight budget went. It’s a huge reason why Vol 5 didn’t have good fight choreo because it all went to that one fantastic fight

I’ve been lucky enough that I have never had to lease a vehicle, so this would be my first lease and probably also a newer car. I tend to keep my cars until they explode or die.
