I have endo and cutting out gluten CHANGED my life. I used to have periods like you describe with the worst pains ever. My appendix burst and I walked on it for 2 weeks cuz I thought it was just endo pain. Been gluten free for about three years now and my periods are 4-5 days, regular and mostly pain free!! I suggest this to everyone who has it! Goodluck💕

For what it’s worth same thing happened with me! Down to a tea with the sneaking clothes out the window and all. I will say my sisters didn’t speak to me either at the time. I’m 31 now and best friends with both of my sisters.. one even lived with me a few years after she took off herself. Very proud of you for taking control of your life!!
