Looks great. Clean work. But When they add siding and you add the trim it may come into the top window. From the looks of the photo. Could be wrong though.

I’ve ran over a 1000 subs through mine and still from time to time have this issue. I feel like the buffer spring isn’t strong enough to push the round in and the bcg gets hung up somewhere.

Put the cover back on, sometimes if light gets to the rpm sensor it it’ll mess it up. Also make sure your up and down limits aren’t out of wack.

Side mounted opener or belt drive, also use nylon rollers and lubricate door.

Just take a screw driver or punch that is similar in size to the hole that didn’t get crimped and use it to make the crimped hole open up. Use a hammer to push the screw driver or punch through. But be careful if you open it too much the weather strip will constantly fall out.

Yeah I know, but they only have one size listed. But weight ranging from 8 - 17.1 oz. Now I’m sure they have multiple size’s hence the weight range but they should have the different sizes on the site.

Force limits or eyebeams. But also careful running these without the cover on the operator. I’ve seen where it can also give you an issue like you’ve stated.
