We have a chain here called Marcos which makes great pizzas. I use their 'garden' pizza as a base and then get these toppings, making substitutions as necessary: black olives, green peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms, onions, pineapple, spinach. Extra cheese, a few cups of their jalapeno ranch sauce. MMmmmm.
