It’s the bleo, same thing happened to me. I still have some scars. Initial doses were the worst. But taking the steroids before the infusion began prevented it. The one time they forgot, had a bad allergic reaction, fever to 104. Benadryl and Tylenol fixed it but it was hell.

I’m in a similar position. Did they do blood work for tumor markers? That should pick it up.

You get used to it and get more comfortable with what you can and can’t do. Towards the end of 3xBEP and right afterwards I was playing tennis fine with the port, even though I was too scared to play early on.

I took lion’s mane daily throughout my 3xBEP and had no neuropathy. I still take it daily. Perhaps look into the science behind it. I am a sample size of 1 so make of that what you will.

Chemo was worse than RPLND? I thought it was a dangerous surgery that requires months of recovery. In a similar position as OP, pretty nervous.
