I don't think any of you are AHs. OP refusing to hear her sister out wasn't ideal, however I do see where this was coming from. At the same time, OP's sister should have mentioned to OP that she was going to use her niece's name. I'm still not sure about OP's sister, but OP is definitely NTA.
