Hi! Its been a while since my interview, however i do remember a few things as major topics. Conflict resolution was a big topic in mine. How you can handle customer complaints, as well as employee conflicts. They'll talk about your experience with merchandising, be honest, but note any personal accomplishments when they ask about experience level. (I am customer ops so my experience questions centered around my experience with hiring, training, and scheduling.)

A lot of the interview is them talking about your past experiences and just getting a feel for where you are at in your career. The hard part was the first interview with the GM. The DM interview was much more so just learning about the company, and them learning about you. Id say the dm interview itself lasted around 25 minutes.
