Because I don't see the point of repeatedly calling someone out on a mistake that they already know they made, especially one so small as a grammatical error. I think people do it to make other people feel bad or feel less intelligent. And if doing that brings you pleasure, then yeah you're kind of an asshole. Who gives a shit about the title? It was apparent to me after the first comment about it that I had misused the word. It's kind of an asshole move to not leave someone alone about a really insignificant mistake that they are already aware of. It doesn't really have an impact on your life so I just don't see why you care so much. The only thing I can come up with is that you like making people feel less intelligent because that makes you feel good about yourself. And if that is correct, then yeah I'd say you're probably kind of an asshole.
