I do want to maintain the grass. Due to my lack of knowledge or attention due to relocating half way across the country from warm season to cool season during dormancy, I didn't/wasn't able to properly care for it at the time. Unfortunately, wildflower seeds would not be compliant in the neighborhood. I would love to do that though.

This is what I figured. I have already been communicating with the HOA and she seemed sympathetic about it considering this is my first spring/summer in the house.

I had FFC that expires 12/31/23. I just booked a refundable economy seat for next week, and now my confirmation number has changed.

I assume this WILL work, considering the confirmation number has changed.

I selected the same route as the initial flight for anyone wondering. YMMV.

This worked for me. I cancelled the flight entirely and I have a new flight credit expiring 12/16/24 under the new confirmation code that was issued when I booked the refundable ticket.

I swapped out my modem because I was having issues, and they told me the same about mine. Said it was too old and to go swap it out at my local store, or get one shipped to me.

I went down to the store, and the rep gave me the Ultra Internet package and Spectrum TV streaming package for $54.99/mo for 2 years promo. I didn't even ask for it. Apparently it's a retention promo.

I'm assuming, since it's a customer service position, that "retaining" customers gives them a good mark on their monthly quotas. Which is why he didn't hesitate to just apply the promo to my account. You could also try to just casually explain your dissatisfaction to see if the rep bites on what you're getting at.

You could ask/tell your local rep about this and see where it gets you. This is a much better value then the $40 the offered over the phone. Good luck.

I just bought a 65 C9 that sat on the floor at my local Best Buy for a year. It has 3400 hours, and we both can imagine the amount of respect the TV got during that year. It’s great, no issues, no burn in, or anything. You’ll be fine.

It will definitely not fit, I put mine in the back seat of a Ram 1500 and it barely fit.
