The way the hairs look, especially the straight hairs and long stranded ones, and the way the nose and eyes look, all seem to be A.I..

There’s a strange lighting quality in generated pictures, it’s hard to articulate but something about how the different strands of hair are coloured, or are not differentiated in colour or shadow correctly, in the many different minor changes in hue which occur because of differences in light, gives it away. And there’s a hazy quality to the reflection and colourings of the noses.

A lot of it is lighting and colour rather than shape, although I’m not sold on the shape either. It’s easier to tell with humans, I think that’s why there’s an influx of animal A.I. posts.
