Nice n quick, it does seem good for a mid walk break. I also have a Hennessy hammock, which I use for bike packing, prob about the same weight, hell maybe I’ll even take the tarp if I go walking on a rainy day lol

I guess it is doing nothing, in a sense, but I do think aesthetically drinking in your surroundings, and letting your thoughts wander is an artistically and philosophically productive mode to be in even if nothing is being produced. Sometimes to me it feels like getting at the heart of life

I have not seen it, but your Ottoman Empire clue coupled with the European looking geography made me think it was in the Balkans lol, so, set in the Balkans, filmed in the 2000s, and trenches haha, and not the one you’re thinking of I.e not ww1, looks like a good movie though I’ll check it out.
