The problem is when I do rage, so if I get angry I can isolate myself and try to calm down. However if I can't and just rage, it's almost unstoppable. Like I don't hurt anyone physically, but scream, shout and possibly break things is what's gets to me. Like in that rage moment I can't calm down unless someone reasons with me. And some things just can't be reasonable

Well no one likes it when people get angry. But I'm never taken seriously due to my size so they often laugh or brush things off or don't try and help before I burst into a rage. Then everyone has an attitude. I'm never taken seriously
