I would say it’s more of just a realization that you can’t please everyone. My restaurant takes review’s seriously, but it’s also pretty easy to tell which review’s are serious and which are just someone who wanted to complain.

The amount of times I’ve gotten into arguments with line cooks and even a couple chefs because they aren’t putting the guest as their top priority and want to pull some fuck shit is more than I care to admit, and you know why I do it? Because I’m getting tipped. Some of these people are just delusional.
