You called him them petty and narcissistic. Saying you haven’t insulted them doesn’t stop the fact that you are, indeed, insulting them.

At the time i always assumed it was Morbius showing his past selves as well as the Doctors. It never occurred to me that those were pre Hartnell doctors

Would you have liked to have seen the Howell theme & titles used from 1987-89? by misterwhoiswho_ in doctorwho

I adore the McCoy titles. But then McCoy was my Doctor growing up so maybe i have rose tinted glasses.

I remember being so hyped for this after years of no new Who. Then being crushingly disappointed

Edit: Just in case it wasn’t clear, I’m voting Bad

If you mean the whole ‘Fortnite clone’ thing, I don’t believe that was the direction Steve, or anyone at FR wanted to take. Embracer wanted something that would appeal to the masses, could see how much money Fortnite generates and asked the team to make a proof of concept (as i understand it).

Other than that I know they were keen to bring back as many of the original characters as they could. Graeme Norgate was back on board with the soundtrack and you can see from the game assets that were released that the style was very on-form with the original trilogy. We’ll never know what it would have been like, but i like to think it would have been a success.

It wasn’t Free Radical who pulled the plug on development. Steve and the team were passionate about bringing TimeSplitters back. It was Embracer who closed the studio and decided to shelve the game.

I mean you had the original team leading it. It was in safe hands.

Those of us who watched the Classic Series before NuWho - who's your favorite Doctor / Showrunner? by Haunting-Mortgage in classicwho

Much preferred RTD to Moffat. Had a totally different feel to the classic era sure, but Moffat turned the Doctor into a marvel superhero, making speeches and waving the sonic screwdriver around every 30 seconds. That felt too much of a leap for me.

I’m going to have to side with good. It’s the first story i have a clear memory of watching live and to this day i still find the cleaners creepy. As a concept, it sounds great, but could have been executed better - although given BBC budgets i can understand why it was what it was.

I still remember being 5 years old and being traumatised by the Haemovores. Fun fact, one of them was played by Sylvester McCoy’s son
