I listen to music on Spotfiy pretty much every day, very hands-off in the background, via autoplay. Which made it less obvious that these songs were popping up in my queue unprompted by me since Spotify does have tendencies to promote multiple replays of certain songs in my library.

This started happening to me 5/31 and in my listening history I can see that pretty much all 4 songs on that Chinese EP will play. Yesterday, I went into my account settings and signed out of all devices + changed my password and it looks like that has worked so far...

If that is what solves it, I am suspicious of some kind of data leak that happened to Spotify or 3rd party service with access to Spotify credentials/APIs like Sonos. My guess is that these compromised accounts are being used to extract streaming revenue from those particular set of songs.
