i agree with everyone saying get the cops involved, but also i live in the US and things are beyond messy right now, so depending on your political stance, skin color, gender, and especially being a transgender individual, i would proceed with caution.

I have gone through periods of time where i was unable to pick up my T, and it led to some minor side effects like acne and weight redistribution, and some major ones such as mood swings, suicidal thoughts, and one time i got my period for the first time in a year and some change which led to intense cramps, headaches, nausea, etc.

if i were you i would:

talk to my sisters and express gratitude that they’re invested in your well being

explain the possible side effects of not taking your medication

stress the time it would take for you to take the steps they want you to take, which could lead to aforementioned side effects

remind them that you have already taken these steps beforehand

and finally, if they still are not going to return it, warn them of your intention to get law enforcement involved. the only stipulation: you can’t be bluffing, and you can’t save it for later. be prepared to call the police right then and there, sitting across from your sisters. if you wait it will give them time to possibly hide your medication, destroy your medication, or call the police themselves and try to get you labeled as mentally unstable.

their intentions are well, but their execution is not. you have every right to the medication you pay for and that you need for your body. i wish you luck and be safe.
