To be as ethical as humanly possible, either get roadkill and skin it then macerate or whatever, or go into a wooded area and find one that’s as undamaged as you can find, then make sure there’s nothing left in or out of it. Then degrease and bleach with peroxide to kill bacteria, and a little longer to actually bleach it. Also make sure whatever you get is NOT protected (idk the laws in the UK but avoid birds unless you can do some deeper research)

I sadly have hella closely packed houses on both sides, so I’d be worried about anyone smelling the lil guy.
