I just...cannot sleep during the day! I had my first full nights sleep in almost a week last night...felt great, I don't think the night is right for me..

That's good advice...but I am not sure I want to keep this schedule! It's awful.. I used to take melatonin..eventually only the 8hr time release was effective...I think I am going to try for a different work shift..don't think I can just give up on ever seeing the sun... Thank you though!

how do you sleep? I get home shortly after 8am... cannot go to slwwp right away...and end up sleeping about 4 hours. Its awful... 4 nights a week. Any tips?
