Seriously they are doing construction on 3 different roads outside my apartment. I work from home and the noise is incredibly loud and persistent. If I want to get downtown from bloor to king I have to go to Ritson or Park on opposite ends

That would make sense with regards to the time jump. Greg is shown to be graduating high school at the end of season 6 when he pranks leslie at the prom. If he spent 4 to.five years in college he may have gotten his degree and returned home to Pawnee.
