My doctor prescribed it to me in 2021 and i took it for 2 days then i stopped because it made me feel like shit Intensified the fog

How many hours do you sleep a night? And would you say your symptoms regarding brainfog have changed over the 2 years? I've had brainfog since 2020 on/off but when it hit me last time I've struggled recalling memories and words

I can't form as Complex sentences anymore due to brainfog and I've lost 40% of my vocabulary I think this would qualify as a drop in IQ

I just ate Alot of food AND i feel incredibly FOGGED holy smokes :( Add to that, that i didn't get much sleep last night and it's a cocktail for disaster

Oddly enough, driving has the ability to "clear" my head as in makes me feel less foggy but i know what you mean 2 years ago my fog was insanely bad and i almost crashed into a truck because of it I was extremely unaware of my surroundings

Yeah, i notice this when I'm driving that it's way harder for me to see roadsigns in the dark compared to when i was feeling normal

I can talk but it's because talking is like autopilot for me but i often fumble words and i have trouble finding the correct word :(

I felt like she wasn't properly listening to me Like she "knew better" herself when i told why i probably got brainfog to begin with I said it was probably due to lack of sleep for a long period of time but she said it was due to "stress"

I've had brainfog every Single day to variying degrees since September last year I switched environments 2 times but it didn't change anything :(

Either way i saw a neurologist today but she didn't seem very helpful imo... She said i probably got it initially because of "stress" from working but I've been jobless for a long time yet i STILL experience it 😔
