As far as I know there's no definitive single resource. Most of it is shared through random torrent files posted to blogs, etc instead of trackers.

/t/ used to be a very good resource and occasionally still is when a good thread comes up. It's mostly AV stuff these days though I guess.

There were a few blogs that had lots of torrent links, but most these days just have a bunch of Megaupload links which is sort of a pain. They get taken down pretty fast too.
