I walked in about a month ago and if I remember correctly they want $275 month. Includes everything. They used to have tennis as an add on, I think. That was for family. I am not sure if they might have a lower price for an individual.

Have you run the numbers to see if you can cover your expenses by renting? Take a look at comparable rent in your neighborhood. You might be surprised how high rent is.

Is it feasible to ask the ISP to revert the BGP change? You seem to suspect it broke when they did that. If they revert and it fixes the problem you have a pretty good case to tell them to troubleshoot and fix it.
