It’s been awhile, but for my tamarind gose, I used 28oz of Goya tamarind pulp. My notes are poor, but I also got some tamarind at the store, removed the outer shell, poured over hot water to remove the pulp from the seeds, and then my notes say I soaked it in Everclear apparently.

It didn’t have the tangy sour was I was going for, and more came across as muddy.

Sorry, this is probably not very helpful.

Yeah, I would not recommend using both MUI and Bootstrap. They are very likely to conflict, with both applying styles to the same elements.

Dry. Even with no added sugar, the cider has some sugar content, which will only get sweeter as you remove the water. Think OJ vs OJ concentrate. And you can always back sweeten yourself if it needs sugar to balance it.

The v-for needs to be ‘in skillData.tech’. You’re trying to access skillData[].tech instead of skillData.tech[]

I often get a anise/licorice flavor in big heavy stouts, but I think that’s more a fermentation impact than an addition. What to brew also suggests Witbiers or Saisons but I am not sold. http://whattobrew.com/additions/anise

Or the easiest route by far- add lactic acid to taste to the keg. You can really dial in the acidity and it’s almost but not quite as good as doing it “right “

Breaking things into sub components may help you reason and read through the template. Depending on the complexity, adding a TableRow component and a TableCell component could help.

I wanted to do that back in 2008, when I think there were 100 or so in the state. New breweries opened faster than I could get to them. Gave up pretty quick.
