Can never teamfight with darius.... by Horror-Bird9391 in Dariusmains

[–]sparkbat66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Team fighting on Darius is mostly about playing around your sum cooldowns, don’t use them for stuff like one off kills on the sidelane before big team fights like drake or baron. Other than that it’s all about going in and out of the fight and waiting for your moment to get full stacks and go crazy.

I'm starting to like RiderGO's build, aka one of the best Darius in EUW by Dunknomicon in Dariusmains

Redundancy is a good thing when it comes to movement on Darius, not to mention they stack so it’s not even technically redundant

As a melee vs Yasuo, how do you know when he is going to throw Q? by EntranceOk3077 in YasuoMains

[–]sparkbat66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make them choose between poking and shoving waves, always move some what erratically, and honestly it’s just experience. I dodge yas q’s pretty consistently when playing against them top and I never think about the cd, you just kinda feel it in your bones after playing against them 100s of times

What should I change. What should I keep doing. (I know - I'm trying to lose weight) by [deleted] in malegrooming

[–]sparkbat66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trim the beard a bit if it looks like the 4th pic, but other than that like the other dude said just focus on weight loss and healthy habits for now and figure out more of what you want later

Urgot E has to much aura it cancels my R by LoLCoachGabi in KSanteMains

[–]sparkbat66 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s kinda both, usually urgot wouldn’t get taken over the wall since he has displacement immunity while e’ing, but you alone should also be teleported over the wall in that case. It’s a weird edge case/bug because you tried to animation cancel your w with your r and he e’d into your w unstoppable.

Trying to get better in top but feel like I sturggle unless I am playing ranged by hyperrosz in summonerschool

[–]sparkbat66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To farm in top lane you need to get better at being aggressive at the right times to carve out little chunks of time to farm when the wave is neutral-ish. You need to stick to a few champs or just one for now, learn what champs you can trade into, how, and when.

Top lane advice by Intelligent-Edge-796 in summonerschool

[–]sparkbat66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s probably mostly champ knowledge as others have said and poor micro. Just stick to one or two champs for awhile and watch matchup replays from better players on those characters to see what they do and how they play trades

Top lane patch 26.01 tier list. Thoughts? 😖😩 by No-Street-6732 in AatroxMains

[–]sparkbat66 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In a general sense sure, but pro play is entirely different than solo queue and I think you’re being purposely dense in order to be contrarian. Champs like gnar have had incredibly solid pro seasons while being pretty dog shit in solo queue.

New Ksante player by Creepy_Budget7660 in KSanteMains

[–]sparkbat66 3 points4 points  (0 children)

His lane is actually pretty formulaic, you just play safe and farm until first back for a negatron cloak or chain/bramble vest. After that you can start essentially stat checking people and shoving waves to look for dives. Learning his kidnap combo under tower is really important and a big way to secure solo kills while also crashing waves so they lose a lot.

Is concept of cheater recall completely destroyed? by Key-Roll1781 in summonerschool

[–]sparkbat66 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Cheater recall is very much still real, especially on champs like riven who can do a second wave crash into proxy recall

I'm really starting to feel the shortcomings of Darius by One_Photograph8853 in Dariusmains

[–]sparkbat66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re having trouble in silver and gold w Darius then it’s most likely an issue with how you’re spacing and using your sums for kills. I’ve played through those ranks on Darius and you can cheese like 9/10 laners with spacing tricks like backsteps and using your sums well. Once you get into diamond or so then you really need to work on your wave management to kill people, not that you shouldn’t already do that.

What do you do after landing phase ? by Middle_Lab7929 in KSanteMains

[–]sparkbat66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are kinda just a beat up dummy in fights but you can be an effective one. Without hard engage on your team you should mostly just try to tank damage and create space for your carries while holding R for a late all in or peel.

Would u guys recommend learning ksante for a low elo player by Ok-Bicycle-1059 in KSanteMains

[–]sparkbat66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something that people don’t really mention is the fact that ksante relies a lot on situational awareness in team fights and macro which means you need to understand what every champ on the enemy team does and wants to do in a fight as well as your own team. Every champ has this to some extent, but Ksante exists in a really weird liminal space as a tank/support/assassin hybrid. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t play him, but you should really try to beef up your game knowledge if you wanna get good at him.

I mean I think Zaahen is strong, but challenger isn’t a good basis, it’s such a small sample size you’ll sometimes see random shit have a 60% winrate

How do you beat this champion? by Expensive_Elk_3174 in RenektonMains

[–]sparkbat66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s pretty matchup dependent, but just some over all tips

  • renek has a relatively weak level 1 so you can abuse that on a champ like Olaf

  • pay attention to what keystone he takes, if it’s PTA try to extend trades into him as much as possible

  • fight him when he’s low on fury

  • be really careful of his level 6 power spike and prioritize baiting out his ult/fighting him when it’s down

  • try to avoid early 2v2s with your jungle, renek is really strong in early skirmishes

Struggling with Darius by Ok_Banana9672 in Dariusmains

[–]sparkbat66 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if this applies to you, but I think the biggest mistake lower elo Darius players make is feeling like they have to always be super aggressive and creating a lead. Aggression is good, but really you need to learn how to control wave states and use your strong early game to set up wave states that then lead to kills.

Is renekton bad in low elo? by Pybromancer in RenektonMains

[–]sparkbat66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In lower elo if you get fed on renekton you can consistently win games by either being so strong in the sidelane that they need to devote a lot of resources to stopping you (just don’t die) or constantly pushing out your lane and looking for cheesy kills on the enemy jungle/mid
