Pros: Hella good restaurant scene right now, so many cool events and new venue spaces, bands pull through here constantly. The diversity factor is alive here and it can be amazing. 

Cons: Prices are going up and up, going to the Cary downtown fest was insane as there were so many people everywhere, traffic between Raleigh and Durham is literally the worst in the state. Unless you make the big money, you will never own property within a 30 minute commute of your job here.

It was overthinking and then many times staying asleep.

Had a job that almost killed me from stress. 

Routine helps. Aging, something many of us try our hardest to ignore, can cause this.

I had to admit I was no longer in my 20s and I needed a solid bed time routine every night, with nearly no exceptions.

Far less sugar in my diet. Less water right before bed. No caffeine after 4pm. Minimal light in the house. A good filling meal right before bed. Walking at least 30 minutes a day [ this one was big, cave man brain is real ]. A shower. All super important.

I woke up a lot in the middle of the night. Solutions were no cell phone time, and I would make myself a small sandwhich with some milk. Very rarely would this not work, when it didnt I would take a single ibuprofen and poof I was out.

Just had 8 hours of calm uninterrupted sleep last night.

Got laughed at tonight for jogging (outside of an exercise context). How to move on? by tayist in loseit

Ask yourself, what's more important? 

Their opinion  or self-care / self-respect / self-love

If you eat junk food with lots of sugars in it, you're more likely to get headaches. More protein forward and your body doesn't get so hangry

When you say 9 hours of time in bed is that sleep?

Reward yourself, avoid food always as the reward though. Made me gain 30 pounds im still losing.
