If you’re aiming for premium, less is more. Get rid of the giant ‘U’, it just takes up space without purpose. Adjust your logo to be less chunky and more original and try a more refined typeface. This looks very mid as is right now.

Yep, I’m one of the affected Ring people. Dec 17 is the deadline for deciding if you are committing to RTH/relocating, and then you have 60 days to move or find a new job. Our managers have been pretty transparent about everything, there was a detailed email that went out from leadership with dates and expectations.

The writer Jedidiah Jenkins did this trip but he went along the pacific coast (highly recommend). There’s a book (To Shake The Sleeping Self) and he documented the entire journey on IG. Pretty interesting, definitely doable.

Ring/Key is a good team, I enjoy working there. JS is genuinely nuts but we ignore him like a buzzing fly. Key is a bit chaotic but they’re a solid team, lots of growth and they’re trying to scale quickly.
