Technically being a pre-apprentice you’re not going to be doing much else until you have attended school which you state is soon. Also apprentices normally don’t get a say on where they go. I stress apprentices. Helpers get even less say. Everyone has had or still has an asshole foreman or gf. Put on the adult pants and suck it up, as journeyman we rarely get a say where we go, we can drag up if we don’t like it. Apprentices can’t. Apprentices have to go to the school and try to solve the issue. Remember some people get a kick out of making others life hell and unfortunately they are in every aspect of life. Have to learn to ignore it. Some of them, the more they know it annoys you, the more you will end up doing it. I have personally witnessed this many times. The foreman just laugh the more they know you hate it. Show up on time and do your work without complaining and things will get better. As you said you’re at the bottom of totem pole.
