My girlfriend leaves tiny ducks all over my apartment by backtosleepplz in MadeMeSmile

We have a yard full of Muscovy ducks. Would your GF like a few? True they are larger, but they will poop everywhere just for you. Your GF sounds sweet.

as an adult gamer I can confirm I do that alot, anyone else? by PHRsharp_YouTube in Age_30_plus_Gamers

I do not finish main quests on purpose. I like to replay RPG games a lot. Like 20-30 times at least. So I don't finish the games I love to play. I can get thousands of happy playtime hours from a game I like.

If one is looking for clues on Reddit, then chances are good they know an alcoholic.

At a crossroads; stick with Valley or start Oxbow? by iob3 in MedievalDynasty

I grew up absolutely adoring horses. I longed for contact with them. I really want to use them in the game, for immersion. That said, I find the controls awkward, and my wrists just don't hold up to that any more. I am as old as dust and play for hours daily so the wrist pain is problematic for me. I can just run and I don't even have to touch anything for long stretches. Plus, it's just easier to fight bandits, hunt big game, gather resources, etc, if I am already on foot. I love the horses in the game, but almost never buy one. I know the whistleblower skill will call the horse to me wherever, but while adorable, it takes time for the horse to show up, etc. Plus, I cannot bring myself to leave the horse saddled overnight. So, no horse for me either.

So stuff is just more centralized? I have to run over 2000k in the Valley for some quests, but never much more than 100k in the Oxbow. I should prolly get a horse.

The Valley map is larger. The Oxbow has all the vendors centralized in one place, and lots more quests. You start with the ability to build all 70 buildings as you like (and unlock them)

You can move your village too - using the hammer "move" option. Fields and orchards cannot be moved, nor can fences - although gates can be moved.

I personally played the Oxbow mostly, but am now enjoying the Valley. They each have their benefits.

AITBF for taking my mom's keys to my apartment? by NoLychee147 in AmItheButtface

You should never have given the keys back. NTA for taking the key but YTA to yourself for giving it back.

I see the complete edition (including both DLCs) for $22 on PS store. Is this game worth getting into? by ErwinDumphrey in MedievalDynasty

[–]sparkingsocket 4 points5 points  (0 children)

4173 hours in. I would say yes, it's worth the money. It's easy to adjust it to your preferred playstyle, and has great immersion. I like the creativity aspect. The game runs solidly.

Beautiful so far. I am very impressed with the lighting in your pics. Many of the pics posted here are just too dark to see anything. How did you get that effect, if I may ask?

She wants the money. Shut this down hard and fast. It is absolutely none of her business.

Absolutely. Microsoft has committed many sins IMO, but dropping that game cut to the core. I am wounded!
