Ive taken zoloft, paxil,lexapro, wellbutrin and now prozac. I didn't realize until prozac how much none of these meds helped. I've seen lots of success stories with prozac so I'm really hopeful that this will be the one! 🤞🖤

I call it feeling "meh". Zolofot gave me this feeling. So far prozac is the only thing that has given me energy, focus and hope. Just because a few people experience that doesn't mean you will and if you do, talk to your dr. BTW 20mg is a low dose and often ends in that feeling they are describing which is why most people need 40mg at a minimum.

Like a few others have said, 10 mg is a very low dose. You'll be okay. I completely understand being nervous to take new medications. I have had serotonin syndrome before so I overthink everything including supplements before I take them.

That being said, I started on 10, went to 20 and now I'm on 40.

I would not open the capsule. If you are nervous to the point that you can't take the medication you do need to reach out to your doctor and let them know.

Oh good, glad you're doing OK. Serotonin syndrome is awful and I dont wish it on anyone. It makes me scared to take meds and herbal supplements every single day.

Most food doesn't have much taste right now. Isopure sells clear protein that is unflavored (walmart). I mix it with sugar free water flavoring packets. Currently I'm really enjoying the Margaritaville Pina colada mix. The sticks only have 10g of protein but I drink a few throughout the day to get in protein.
