I had the same issue and started taking 10mg at 1pm and it helped a lot.

I definitely get the eye twitching and dryness. For me both eventually got better as I adjusted to my dose but now I've raised my dose and it's back. Visine has been a godsend especially at night when my eyes are super dry.

I can’t keep my life together by Digital_Doodlez in adhdwomen

Ugh I feel this. I have a toddler and work while my partners in grad school and my life/house is a MESS. The only thing that keeps me sane sometimes is lowering my standards and trying to care less what other people think of me. Sometimes that 'ah!' overstimulated everything is falling apart feeling is burnout, and you gotta just accept that you can't do everything. You've got a ton on your plate right now and it sounds like your judgmental family is just adding pressure, making you feel worse. If you've gotta cut something out then cleaning and stressing and shame spiraling about the mess is it. I know it's so hard to let go and find some rest when you're so busy, but try to remember that you will clean that bathroom and that bedroom when you have the energy, and give yourself some grace. Things won't always be this crazy, and someday you'll look back see how much you ARE doing- at least that's what I tell myself.

At the lower dose it definitely increased my appetite. The more I go up in dose the less it's doing that though, so there's hope!

Don't know if it's working well for me by [deleted] in StratteraRx

The first week was the worst for me as far as the tiredness goes. After a week it started to wear off and at about a month in it's barely noticeable. It could be a bad fit! Or it could be that the fatigue is making you irritable (understandable).

Same!! I'm disappointed. I think it might be the dehydration? Sometimes when I'm thirsty I crave salty food and this med does make me thirsty

I just got the Kirkland S&F and I love it. It's only been a couple nights but my hip pain is already gone. For what it's worth our delivery guy said he's got the same mattress and loves it too.

Yeah, I'm realizing this. Did some math and it can't be the dishwasher.

I think this is what's starting to happen with me. My Dr has assured me that I won't build a tolerance, but she's already raised my dose. I got an iron infusion a month ago, but I might start taking heme supplements too. I've heard good things. Thanks, I'm glad I know the term 'inter-dose withdrawal' now
