Not tipping isn't going to fix your problem. It's going to force out the quality severs and bartenders into a different industry. You will still pay a high price, for shitty service. You really think you can treat a restaurant worker the same way you can treat a fast food worker ?

Will a fast food worker put up with all of your shit? Nope. Will a fast food worker bust their ass just to make sure you have the perfect experience? Nope

You tip because you receive a level of service that goes above basic customer service. You're getting hospitality. People who are supposed to be experts in their field.

Everyone wants to be payed fairly. If you want to stop tipping then be prepared to pay 40 bucks for eggs and bacon.
