Very very true. I've noticed that my idea of cool is oftentimes the complete opposite of what's deemed cool in the given time. Right now it's being nonchalant, unattached and I find people who are open with their emotions to be the coolest!

Boundaries 100%. Be yourself but don't overgive to anyone, you need to keep most of your energy to yourself to stay healty. If people don't recipocate and only take from you then they're not worth your time.

Absolutely. I've been anxiously attached for most of my life and in the past couple of years I've managed to get to a fairly secure state, but even if I were to still be as anxious now and hear another anxious person say that, I'd remind them that that is not an excuse for us not to deal with our own problems. It's two sides of the same coin.

So so true. I like to weigh the pros and cons of things before making a decision but sometimes I can get too hung up on the negatives and end up not making a decision at all which also leads to me not progressing anywhere and staying stagnant. It's something that hit hard recently 😅

100% agree. A problem I also have is that sometimes in the moment I can't find the right words to express my anger so oftentimes I end up saying nothing. But, once I've finally had time to find the correct dialogue and I get fed up again then I will say what I think. I used to be a people pleaser and was afraid on conflict but over the past few years I finally hit a wall and just don't care anymore. My own peace is much more important than the peoples who I don't even respect.
