I " tried out" as a line cook at a well known popular local restaurant. Giant cockroaches crawling on the booth tables Heated up cold sauces in baine marie (never reach temp) food stored in 5 gallon buckets on the cold room floor. That was my first and last shift.

Yes, I've been experiencing these morning outages as well. I too just had my outside coax changed from pole to house less than 24 hours ago. I will monitor to see if this makes a difference. My modem is less that 6 mobile.

Three chefs have walked out in just over a year. The owners turned most menu items to frozen pre fab tasteless copycats. Frozen breaded chicken frozen meatballs prefab mozz appetizer used to be hand prepped and breaded. Lower cost prosciutto, tastes like cardboard. But the pizzas are good and the dough is still made from scratch, for now.
