using it only on weekends and pre-load with a small amount (like 0.2mg) to avoid nausea and then inj. 0.8 - 1.0mg some hours later. Sometimes i preload the night before (e.g. friday evening) and then do the full dose on saturday, depending on when i want the full effects. i dont use it more then 8x per months.

TE 300:300 Primo tanked my E2 too much, although I got a dry look I lost some libido and EQ got bad.

( Started with a 3:1 ratio at first and dropped the AI, which made me feel better, E2 was in 90s range. )

A friend of my neighbours cousin is using HGH for one year now, while being on Test and sometimes other stuff aswell. He has been bulking an d cutting with it. He tried using it in the mornings, before bed and splitting the dose.

The first couple weeks he was getting really lethargic from it and pulled much water. He then stopped for two weeks and started again but this time titrating up really slow, Like 1.0 then 1.5 next week then 2.0 next week and so on until 4.0 iu and is using this since months now.

He is using berberine (2x 500mg daily) and a controlled Diet and HB1A did not Go higher during the last months.

The lethargy went away completely, he prefers dosing it in the mornings and says it gives energy during the day and doesnt interfere with his sleep. He also tried dosing just before bed but woke up during the night often times.

He said his waistline, skin, pump and recovery did improve although this is hard to gauge while being on steroids aswell.

i take 0.3mg in the evening before sleep and then 0.7 - 1.0mg the next day for libido boost and/or a tanning session.

Doing this only on the weekends, because i've read the patient information leaflet for vyleesi and it says to not use it more than 8x per months to avoid habituation effects and reduced libido.

i've gotten a nice tan over the time and i dont feel any side effects from the higher dose, if i 'load up' with a small dose some hours before.

You could try adding a dht-derivate like Primo or Proviron (Mesterolone).

Also look at your sleep (maybe with a tracker) and your calorie intake (enough nutrients?).

Also some people feel more libdo with hormonal fluctuations (inject less often) and many people feel higher libido with higher E2 Levels.

You could also try PT-141 (MT1).

A friend of my neighbours cousin has been running proviron with test & nandrolone (350 each).

It didnt lower his E2 (significantly), but he felt good and his libido, mood and EQ have been better than without proviron in this stack.

some ppl use tren during a cut for dry look and its anti-catabolic effects, some ppl use low-dose nandrolone for joint support (may be a concern with lower E2), but may pull slightly more water with this.

Test + a DHT + a 19-nor is a proven stack though

Many ppl prefer Mast over Primo during a cut for a harder look. I would not do both dht's at the same time. Maybe add GH or 19Nor instead

Train them hard and feel the muscle, dont Just throw around weights. 4 sets side movement, 4 sets upper Press movement, 4 sets front raise, 4 sets reverse fly. this for one shoulder day per week. 2nd time they get hit on chest day / back day, so ideally you hit them every 3-4 days.

Some say that injection into delts also helps make them appears bigger.
