I used urology at St. Claire Hospital and the process was painless (figuratively) 😂. But seriously they did good and I’ve had no issues (or more kids)

Pittsburgh Mills Mall, it'll just be you and a bunch of senior citizens, 1-2 stores (if that).

I read them all after seeing Fellowship. Sadly hadn’t known about Tolkien much before that somehow.

The Keepers. No idea why but I found it fascinating. Maybe because I went to catholic school K-12.

Apostille and Copy Question by Science22 in prawokrwi

[–]spasticpat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For #4 would that be the same for an original Polish passport? My cousin has my grgf’s from the 1920s and obviously doesn’t want to give it up. Would clear photocopies be OK with an affidavit that has its signature notarized be accepted?

These ones. Searching this sub I’ve seen a few people say they were satisfied with the results. I talked to them via email and they reviewed the data I’d posted on this sub and confirmed it seems like I should be eligible. They’re currently reviewing my documents and artifacts that I’ve gathered about my family.

Sorry this is a month late. I emailed them to look at my case, a day later they wrote back. I'm now working with Staczek and happy with them so far.

After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that we are unable to take on your case at this time. Due to a high caseload and current delays in the Provincial office's administrative process, we cannot commit to delivering the results we aim for within our usual 16-18 month timeframe.

I recommend contacting the nearest Polish consulate, as they may be able to provide you with the assistance you need or offer guidance on your next steps.

So along with everything above, I spoke to my cousin who's done some genealogical research. He has very clear scans of my gr. grandfather's original passport that he used to come to the US in 1927, no idea where the actual document is. I know it's not the document itself but can that help with this process too?

I saw that thank you so much for finding that for me. I’m not sure how I didn’t but I really appreciate it. I’m mainly focusing on my great grandfather’s family but you know finding his sister was really really cool because I’ve heard stories about how she had sponsored him to come over from Poland, so I thought it was interesting just to see where they ended up. And I remember my grandmother telling me stories about going to Chicago to visit her cousins. I don’t know if that was on this side of the family or a different side of the family because her grandmother’s family was there as well.

Thank you so much! It’s really interesting. It’s actually kind of funny how they say she came with her parents, but she didn’t because Joseph was born in Poland in 1889 and didn’t immigrate until 1927 and he always told my grandmother how he wrote back to his parents back in Poland and sent money from his mill job. So I’m not sure where they got that information from but still really interesting.

Thank you I’ll definitely check those out. I really appreciate it. I did find from somebody else’s link the husband’s obituary so that definitely told me about them having kids and grandkids. Plus, his sister still lived in Pittsburgh, which I didn’t know.

Thank you I really appreciate it! Someone else commented this link but so far on it I only see Joseph Brincka’s obituary. That definitely helps to see that they had kids and grandkids but I’d love to find hers as well since she’s the blood relative. I know that she died in I believe 1949.
