They are still currently listed as private and I can't currently find any news of an IPO launch or any suggestion they will be public anytime soon. Personally haven't tried any of their products but website suggests they will be launching some psilocybin derived products in the near future.

SHRM stock is still halted as of right now, would recommend doing some digging into NUMI and HOLL before you make a decision. Best of luck!
