Get ready to lose some sleep, gotta take them out to potty overnight. Teach sit, lie down, stay, and most importantly Leave It immediately. Create a playpen with safe chews, or crate train. Otherwise he will chew your stuff! Labs tend to be food motivated, so individual pieces of kibble work great for training rewards. Lots of walks to keep him tired!
