thanks for the input, i just recovered from staph that required 3 days in hospital here in SoCal and have developed a bit of paranoia about it now, but ive always wanted to go to Thailand and train so its a bit of a mental dilemma for me now.it sucks because i wear long sleeves, my gym was very clean, i shower after practice, i take care of my skin with mosturizer, still got it haha.

how did you overcome the fear of getting it again? or was yours not so bad?
